Quality as a service: the Siedle EMC laboratory

At our EMC laboratory, we test electrical and electronic products for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) in line with the relevant standards, thereby creating the pre-requisites for CE marking. We do this for – among others – numerous customers from the field of industrial measurement and control technology and from the IT, household appliance and medical technology sectors. And, of course, for door and building communication devices.

One laboratory. A full service.

EMC laboratory areas whatever the reason

Whatever the reason

The EMC tests at our laboratory are specifically concerned with interference from radio waves, electrical or magnetic fields, as well as conducted interference.

EMC laboratory areas

For many areas

We test devices from several sectors: door and building communication, measurement and control technology, PLC/IPC systems and terminals, IT and information processing, household appliances, power tools, lighting and medical technology.

EMC laboratory practical solutions

For practical solutions

Not only do we check carefully, we also assist with practice-oriented interference suppression of individual devices and entire systems.

Overview of Siedle EMC laboratory services

Siedle CE-Norm

From layout to CE marking

The principle of our EMC laboratory’s work is checking whether devices experience interference through radiation from other devices or if they themselves interfere with other devices. Over and above this we supervise the entire development of electrical and electronic products – from the first layout and improving the electromagnetic compatibility through to final acceptance measurements.
